I just wanted to let you know that I am capable of making Nicolas Cage laugh. My friend and I were at Disneyland yesterday and looking for our family crests in a store by the Peter Pan ride. In comes Mr. Cage, who has more gray hair than I imagined, a nice hat, and tattoos. He is shorter than I thought, and he is walking around with that face thing he does. He walks by me as Maritza and I go down the steps to talk to the owner. He follows us minutes later, and I start telling Maritza what my true last name is, about my great great grandfather from China. During the conversation, Cage is standing about one foot away from us, a bit closer than I think a celebrity would be next to mere mortals. I'm telling Maritza the story, and as we leave, she tells me that the whole time Nicolas Cage was listening because he was chuckling and smiling at the things I said. "He actually touched me as we walked by him and said excuse me, though.", she said.

Safe to say, my life is complete now. Joking.

Okay. I'm shooting a wedding. From shooting their engagement photos (which are turning out beautiful, I must say, see here) I'm realizing I need a handy bag on me to keep rolls in, lenses, but have it work well for me cos shit be all up in my hair, wastes time fumbling around trying to find things, etc. So, PLEASE HELP ME CHOOSE!

I'm doing a project on color usage in film as my independent study. I need to execute an awesome book, perhaps 60+ pages or so. Getting involved in all the research, I haven't even begun to design a grid. Graduation is slowly coming up, and it doesn't feel like it should be this soon.
